Today, protective varnish on SILENCE AMONG THE FLOWERS.
This is the moment I wait for — when the colors wake up. The varnish doesn't add anything. It just reveals what was already there, hidden under the matte surface.
Blues become deeper. Reds pulse. Yellows glow.
These four have been drying for three weeks since I finished them in late September. Now they're sealed, protected, ready.
SILENCE AMONG THE FLOWERS — the second movement of the larger project.
Four paintings about fragility. About bloom and fade. About the silence held inside petals before they fall.
20×20cm each, oil on cradled wood panel.
Available as a complete quartet.
