Don't look for emotion in the instant captured in a photo, look for it in the time you take to paint it.
To stop an emotion it is not enough to photograph it, you have to paint it.

Have you ever felt like you had to have everything under control before you even started something?
I also felt that way before I became an artist, but I never actually lived that way.
I didn't have a big plan, just a desire to draw and paint whatever
